1. All Maintenance requests will be scheduled in a reasonable date and time unless it’s an emergency.

2. Our Maintenance service starts Monday through Friday at 8am to 4pm.

3. We will start our scheduling for the day at 10am, and if we are able to add you in same day will do so. If not, we will try our best to have you on the schedule the next day unless its an emergency.

1. Emergency call/Text for Heat, Leaks, No hot water, Kitchen breaker only,

2. Text preferred

3. We will be there within 1-2 hours or sooner

1. Failure to report an issue within 24 hours, you could be held responsible for all damages

2. If you are at fault for something you have broken and we must repair it, you will be charged on your next month’s rent invoice.
